I will donate ALL money raised by this item to my chosen charity who have given me their Authority to Fundraise on their behalf
I will maintain excellent communication in the auction album - commenting as I make contact with the winning bidder, as I receive the money from the winning bidder, as I make the donation to the charity, as I post the item, as I submit the closeout form
I will ensure that ALL items will be posted via registered post to the winning bidder within 48 hours of cleared receipt of donation from the winning bidder (unless specified above for custom made items)
I will show proof of the donation to the winning bidder
